Red color of medium depth, with violet tinge.
Very fruity aroma, reminiscent cherry and currant with touches of carpentry.
Wine of medium structure, good volume and fresh acidity, very balanced.
Destemmed without crushing.
Filling the fermentation tank by gravity.
Pre-fermentation maceration at 8 ° C for 8 days with a daily pigeage.
Alcoholic fermentation and maceration at controlled temperature, with a peak temperature of 23-26 ° C with 3-6 pigeages daily for a slow, gentle extraction of anthocyanins and tannins and a delestage for polymerization dye.
Spontaneous and complete malolactic fermentation.
About 10% of the wine matures in oak barrels and the rest is kept in stainless steel tanks.
Approximately after a year, the blend is made and it is bottled soon.
Alcohol 13 % v.v.
Service Ideal temperature between 16º and 18º C.
